Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ace4 platform, including all products, services, games, sports betting markets, promotions and features made available through the website at ace4.bio and any associated mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and ace4 (the "Company"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. ace4 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1Eligibility and Age Verification

The ace4 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and current. ace4 operates a strict age verification process and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage.

• You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use ace4.
• You must provide accurate personal information, including your legal name and registered mobile number.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or use a false identity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or affiliate of ace4 or its service providers.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.

2Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the ace4 Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all such accounts and the forfeiture of any associated funds. It is your responsibility to ensure that your account credentials are kept secure and confidential at all times.

• One account per person. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.
• Do not share your password with any third party. ace4 staff will never ask for your password.
• You must notify ace4 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• ace4 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any time at the Company's discretion.

ace4 reserves the right to suspend or close an account pending verification if there are reasonable grounds to believe that account information is inaccurate, incomplete or fraudulent. Any funds associated with a fraudulently registered account are subject to forfeiture.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

ace4 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through approved payment methods. All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed within the Platform at the time of transaction. ace4 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ace4 may request supporting documents before releasing funds.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are displayed within the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
• ace4 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if fraud, money laundering or terms violations are suspected.
• Deposits that are not wagered within 90 days of receipt may be returned to the original payment method at the Company's discretion.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal. Bonus terms are published on the relevant promotion page.

4Bonuses and Promotions

ace4 offers promotional bonuses and rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only and may not be transferred to another account.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the promotion page.
• ace4 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players may only participate in each promotion once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and related winnings.

5Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the ace4 Platform are supplied by licensed third-party software providers and use certified random number generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. ace4 does not control or modify the outcome of any game. The rules of each game are available within the game interface and are governed by the rules of the originating software provider.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the round will be void and any stakes for that round will be returned to the player's account.
• Winnings arising from a demonstrable software error or system glitch are not valid and will not be paid out.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through unauthorized software, bots or exploits constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Sports betting markets are subject to their own specific rules, including settlement policies and rules for void bets. These rules are available on the relevant sports betting section of the Platform.

6Responsible Gaming

ace4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity. ace4 requires all players to be at least 21 years of age. If you feel that your gambling may be causing harm to yourself or others, we encourage you to make use of the available responsible gaming tools or to contact support for assistance.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders to notify them when they have been active on the Platform for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and take immediate effect.
• Reality Checks: ace4 may display periodic notifications reminding players of the time spent and amounts wagered during an active session.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ace4 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended immediately, all balances and winnings forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for ordinary human use.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches or errors in the Platform software to gain winnings that would not otherwise be achievable.
• Registering more than one account or registering an account on behalf of another person without their explicit knowledge and consent.

8Account Suspension and Termination

ace4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraud or prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

• Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after deducting applicable bonuses and any amounts subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
• Players may close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Self-requested account closures are processed within two business days.
• Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ace4 reserves the right to retain any balance as compensation for losses incurred as a result of the breach.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the ace4 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of ace4 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of ace4.

The trademarks, service marks and logos displayed on the Platform are registered or unregistered marks of ace4 or third parties. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark, service mark, logo or trade name of ace4 or any third party without prior written permission.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether such damages are based on contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory, and whether or not ace4 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11Amendments to These Terms

ace4 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ace4 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and contact support to close your account.

12Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally through communication with the ace4 support team will be referred to binding arbitration. You and ace4 agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable dispute resolution body. ace4 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and in a timely manner.
